Worked with Nino to determine the best way to design a space for an above ground hot tub; we looked at a few vendors - Jim and Nino at quality pools had built our amazing pool for a newly built house in Orinda. They were the only contractor that recommended an above ground instead of an in ground design and it was a very creative approach. They assigned Alex to be our project manager; he's amazing - from his consistent high level support, to his fast response time, and to his ability to get hands-on with figuring things out (like electrical issues) when needed. Great customer service. Great work. First off Lori, the sister of one of the owners, was fabulous on the front end and was a tremendous help with options and scoping the initial project. She came by the house MANY times and personally dropped off whatever we wanted to consider for tile, coping, etc, and gave us fantastic advice throughout the process. The project manager, Alex was great. Very honest, very knowledgeable and very interested in doing the job the right way and not cutting any corners. Then Nino, the co-owner, was very interested in making sure we had the best experience possible, even while he was on vacation.

Great work. We basically remodeled our entire old pool, from brand new steel throughout to fixed cracks, to a new Baja shelf. The whole thing turned out beautifully.

The only downside is that, like any construction crew, sometimes different guys came by on different days and I really needed to be on them to make sure they didn't crush any backyard vegetation, smoke on the property or park in front of my neighbors' driveways.
